Wash and clean solar modules using pressurized fresh water. Ensure use of non-metallic type materials for cleaning.
Visual inspection of cable trays/conduits for possible damages and corrosion.
Inspect modules for damage, address array shading issues, and remove debris around arrays and mounting systems.
Blowout dust in inverters, panel boards, and enclosures as applicable, and clean their surfaces to remove dust if any.
Inspection of inverters and panel boards for possible loose connections at terminals and arrest faults if any.
Check inverter online facility.
- Carry out all functional tests for major units (as required):
- String open circuit voltage test
- Insulation resistance of the DC and AC circuits
- Polarity test.
Measurement of earth electrode resistance using Earth tester.
